At Balanb Farm Glamping they have gone for the simple Cel 10 mounted outside the shower cabin and for effect they run the hot water throgh a punctured bucket.
The ShowerShack units have the Cel 10's mounted on the back with a quick release and give a larger showering area and less chance of tampering.
